HOW DOES GRIP 18 WORK?
Grip 18 is a cleaner and rejuvenator for your grips and the difference between just washing your grips with soap and water and using Grip 18 is that Grip 18 removes the oxidized rubber from your grip. Grip 18 also removes the hand oils and adds conditioners to your grips – for that new grip feel.

WHY SHOULD I USE GRIP 18?
Grip manufacturers recommend the use of soap and water to clean your grips. Soap and water will remove hand oils and dirt. However, grips are made of oil and you’re actually depleting the tackiness of the grip over time by using soap and water. Grip 18 will clean the dirt and replenishes the grip with vital oils that the grip needs to maintain its proper tackiness.

WILL I STILL NEED A GLOVE AFTER USING GRIP 18?
Our contention is, if you use Grip 18 you won’t need a glove. If you feel more comfortable wearing a glove feel free to do so. Grip 18 will not have any adverse affect on your glove.

SHOULD I STILL USE A TACK TOWEL AFTER USING GRIP 18?
Tack towels leave a sticky residue that will degrade the grip over time.

IS GRIP 18 HARMFUL TO MY SKIN?

If your grips get wet, whether from perspiration or rain, all you have to do is towel dry your grip and it will return to that new grip feel.
